On Tuesday, Taxpayers for Common Sense joined with 17 other fiscal conservative organizations in sending a letter to all members of Congress in conference for the FY17 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA). In the letter, the coalition urged legislators not to adopt the artificial deadline for spending Overseas Contingency Operations (OCO) account funds that was adopted in the House version of the bill.
